If you are referring to physical damage that was already on a brand new Apple Watch upon opening the box, then I suggest that you contact wherever you purchased it from (whether Apple or an Apple Authorised Reseller) to arrange for it to be exchanged.
If you are referring to content that is displayed on the screen, then check whether the Apple Watch can be set up successfully by following the instructions here:

If the issue persists or you are concerned about a hardware defect, then I again suggest returning it to the seller for replacement.
