Payment method declined

Hi my name is Ashvin and I am using I phone. I reset my phone yesterday but after resetting I try to download apps from App Store but that redirecting me to payment varrificTion page where I have already linked my debit card. But now it's showing me an error message that my payment method is declined!!!!!!!

Please help me out
