About iTunes Store
I have ipad 9.7 2017 model ,I try to open iTunes,but I can’t,it saying open iTunes U app ,I can’t open this also .have a any solution for this
iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 11.1
What country are you in ? Media (music, films etc.) isn't available from iTunes in all countries, if you are in one of the countries where it isn't available you will only see the iTunes U screen in the iTunes Store app.
