How do you make a complaint about the department that file the complaint?
I have been online with iTunes customer support for 3.5 hours being knocked off and reconnected because of network errors. Its now midnight on a Saturday and I’ve had to give up with sending an email and scheduling a call for 7:30 in the morning. In the whole 3 hours I received one email from support acknowledging my existence and that was 10 minutes ago. I can’t update or download any of my apps and that’s causing accounts to pause. This is a mess and I’m furious. Who do i complain to about this???
