Someone keeps requesting my Verification pin

Someone keeps requesting a verification PIN #. I get the alerts on my phone and I change the password. It still keeps happening. What should I do.?

PIN # is set on an iPhone "locally" - between you and the phone itself - like a combination to a safe

Without seeing what you see - and knowing the details of the circumstances - I am really unsure WHAT you are receiving

So does that mean that they have my password if they are actually requesting a PIN #? Should i change my password every time i get a verification PIN alert?

What form are the alerts? E-mails? Something on the screen?
