I have an Apple TV. I have money in my account and when trying to rent a movie it says there is an issue with a previous billing and to log in to iTunes on my computer. When I do that it says my card is declined. Wt????

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like you are trying to make purchases but the card was declined. I would recommend you read this article, it has more information about why this may have happened and what you can do.

If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store
