HOW TO ACTUALLY DELETE AN APP FROM YOUR IPHONE ON YOUR MAC! 2017

OK lets get this straight, this is being posted on Sunday 12th November 2017. I have downloaded some apps which I thought i would give a go but they turned out to be rubbish so i deleted them and hid them from my purchase history. They dont appear in manage storage, but they still have a cloud icon with the down arrow which shows i can download it straight off. Ive permanently deleted apps off my phone from itunes on my mac but now i can seem to do it, Ive watched videos which people selecting 'apps' which isnt in my itunes, ive tried account>purchased but itunes is now ALL music!!! ive tried the app store, IVE BASICALLY TRIED EVERYTHING TO FIND AND DELETE THESE APPS BUT I CANT SEEM TO DO IT ANYMORE!!! i have the same versions of itunes and everything like i did before! but its like apple anonymously removed the option! please anyone HELP!
