My Apple ID has been locked twice in few weeks

In few weeks, my Apple ID has been locked twice, and every time I try to unlock it on my iPhone,

it says I have to reset my password, also, the password can't be same as my old password.

This is really annoying, password have so many restriction(upper case letter..etc), how am I supposed to remember all those password if my Apple ID been locked multiple time a month? I have used three different passwords for AppleID this month.

Also, I don't know why my Apple ID been locked, there are no detail been mention by Apple, I have two factor authentication so I think my account is safe.

Apart from this, those times it been locked, I can't really followed the instruction to unlock my ID on iPhone, it's just keep fail and I have to use computer to unlock it.

My Gmail account have two-step authentication too, it's safe and they never ask me to reset my password for no reason for more than ten years.

First,

in the article you posted, Apple says "If you use two-factor authentication, you need a trusted device or trusted phone number to unlock your Apple ID.".

Well, every time my account been locked, I can't unlock it with any of my devices, it just told me that I have to reset my password. Also I can't really reset password after I followed the instruction, so the article is really not help anything in this case, if the article is right and satisfy then indeed I don't want to post article here.

Second,

a notification about my account been try to login by someone else will not saw by anyone other than me, because I have two-factor authentication for a long time, and a clear notification will let me know what's really going on to my account.

Do you think user should just change their account blindly just because their account been locked for no reason?

Google and lot of other services will tell me if a stranger device try to log in my account,

If you REALLY think anyone can use an "alert" that he can't actually see to get something, so how are those savvy assailant really do exactly to take advantage on those google accounts, which also protected by two-step authentication?
