hi I’m John and money is being extracted from one of my accounts without my permission from itunes

Hi I’m being billed without my knowledge on a app I was unaware I’m being charged for and I want that app subscription canceled and my money refunded please? It seems $7.99 is being snatched out my account every so often without my approval. Why am being charged this?

If it's regular charges you must have subscribed to something in an app, if you no longer want the subscription you have to stop it yourself, nobody on here (i.e fellow users) can do it for you : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

In terms of a refund, purchases are considered final, though you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will refund you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
