ios 11.0.3 making SE useless

I have a Iphone SE i bought in Australia in late 2016, recently it auto updated to ios 11.0.3 (i never voluntarily update)

since it updated i now have to restart my phone twice a day other wise making and recieving calls i cannot hear the other party and they cannot hear me.

my phone constantly freezes for up to 10 minutes even with regularly closing any apps, quite a few apps have become very laggy.

The wifi is constantly turning itself on and connecting to networks even after i turn wifi off (my home internet is beyond a joke slow)

Also when making calls longer than 20 minutes my phone gets very hot, but once i end the call within 5 min its back to normal temp.

The phone is only about 13 to 14 months old and i have never had problems with any of my previous iphones untill about the 24 month mark.

is there anything that can be done to make my phone bearable again ?
