while reciveing or making call in my apple X ,no audio however speaker are working

Apple x 256gb

iOS 11.1.1

there is no audio while making or receiving calls ,however audio is ok on speakers

iPhone X, iOS 11.1

Hello jeremy_v

Thanks for your reply , my phone Apple X is brand new , and I have already tried every thing , still there i no audio in earpiece, however speakers ,headset and Bluetooth are OK , pls note this problem is from the first use on Saturday 11.11.2017.
