Maybe someone has the same problem, my MacBook 12 2017 with m3 processor after 21 cycle has already 92% of battery capacity. I had before MacBook 15 2013 late and after 3 years and around 300 cycles it had 94% of battery capacity. Is it an issue with my laptop? Should I wait until it falls down below 80% level and only after that go to Apple Store? Thank you in advance.

Below 80% and under 1000 cycles while in the warranty period is officially Apple's position on when they will replace the battery, however there's no harm in your talking to them now; I wouldn't count on them doing anything about it.
Thank you for your response, tjk. It seems that it was happened after upgrading to HighSierra. Before that everything was fine and the battery had capacity around 98-97%. It looks strange, but maybe they have changed algorithms which measure the capacity.
From what I've heard about High Sierra, I guess just about anything is possible.
