iMac 2011 very slow. many lollipop/snowball/wheels of death! etrecheck report. how to fix

Hi community. My iMac seems to be on a slow descent into slower and slower operation. My etrecheck report is copied below. Any easy fixes? I'm semi-tech savvy, but not comfortable with writing command codes and the like. My iMac has 2T storage with 1T available. And 10gigs of ram. Running OS Sierra 10.12.6.
