I cloud

Hi , my visa kinda crashed today so i couldnt pay for 50G i cloud i got an email that says i didnt pay so my plan has been cancelled , now all my data on the extraa storage has been removed too ? And if yes how to re enable the 50GB plan , should i re buy it or once my visa work again apple will automaticly take the money and re activate the plan ? Thanks
