My iphone7 gets ovheated when I am watching video for 5 min or more. Is it have something wrong

Images, movies, audio, are things that stress graphic cpu. This is true not only for smartphones, but also for computers and laptops.
So it's normal that your iphone can become warm. Obviously it depends on how much time you continually use your device.
But if you think your iPhone is "too hot", you'd better contact your nearest Apple Store, and have your device checked.
