So from time to time, my phone'screen goes half down leaving the other half black. Is this a serious problem or what should I do?
This is an iPhone 7 bought new from the Apple Store in Los Angels, one month ago. It has iOS 11 and works perfectly normal. You will find attached screenshots of how the screen looks when that thing happens.
