You can go to Settings->Camera->Formats, and set it to "Most Compatible", and the Camera will again take photos in jpg format rather than HEIF
Hi rilar. I think your main question is already answered, but are you having trouble opening the Settings app? It works the same as on previous iOS versions. If you don't see it on the Home screen, try searching for it.
