How do I solve the "could not locate os x boot volume" problem?

I was using the Mac OS X and I restarted it for some reason. When it was turning on, it turned on as windows 10. I tried the Boot Camp control panel but the Mac OS X folder didn't appear. I restarted the computer and held the option key but when i did that, it only appeared windows hard drive. I'm stuck in windows now. Can you help me fix this please?
