I am using a family members "old" i phone 5. A new chip was intalled at ATT , but her name still shows on my devices. How do I make it mine ?
Showing where, and as well as the iPhone on which other devices ? If she is still logged into her account log out of it (e.g. tap on her id in Settings > iTunes & App Store etc.) and delete her content (any apps that she downloaded are tied to her account, so only her account can download updates to her apps).
By 'new chip' I assume that you mean a sim card.
