iPhone X battery percent not shown

Just got the "X", all appears OK so far. But I don't like the issue of not being able to show the battery percent as with all the non-"X" iPhones.

I can do without the carrier name on the top left, move the strength signal and WiFi signals there and put the batter percent again to the left of the battery icon.

I mean, if you don't already know who your carrier is then why do you have a smart phone.

The flashlight and camera access on the lower part of the screen is fine, just realized the 3D depth push is needed to access them.

And yes, I have read what I could, looked around the Settings and Control Panel as well as 3rd party battery apps.
