Why doesn't keychain appear work with Apple Communities?

I believe this site requests that passwords not be saved, and Safari respects that. I can't remember how to override that "feature," but I have done it. Maybe just add the site to the Password list manually.

For me, my username fills, but I have to select the password from the popup menu when clicking on the password control at the end of the password field.

One reason why I use Firefox: it is easy to manually delete cookies. I leave any Apple cookie or my financial institutions so I don't have to fill it in again, but the remainder gets deleted about once a week.

I use Firefox as well. However, in Safari, if I type the first letter of my Apple ID into the login page of ASC the rest is filled in for me.

I don't use Safari enough to help I'm think'n.

Chrome also remembers my info for ASC.

I've gotten used to doing it manually because one of my CC companies (Chase) would make it almost impossible to establish your identity if you (inadvertently or otherwise) got rid of their cookie(s). And that happened frequently if/when I had to reinstall/clone back; for some reason, the cookies became invalid. They made me go to one of their branch offices with my laptop once (which didn't help with my 27" iMac) to verify in person - all the while their password requirements were draconian (12345 would be good enough). I finally got tired of it and dropped their card after sending a pointed letter to their CEO.

To be honest I've never noticed ads being personalized. For one I use ad blocking so I don't see many ads. For another, when there are ads I don't pay attention to them.

I suppose if I did, I would find personalized ads useful.

Not only do I not get Keychine to work in Safari (for this site), I have to go through the two step verification each time I log on here. All other sites are fine.

Have you set up your browser to autofill? (which browser do you use? I have no problem with Firefox).

I could be off base but I was under the impression logins for sites were saved in cookies. Therefor, if you delete history including cookies, no more login info.

I have Chrome installed so I can test users issues and I've used nothing but Gmail for years.

I used to have an account there years ago.

I don't care for the fact that they scan your emails to "personalize" the ads. Not cool.
