Cannot load photo, edit, sharing

I cant load photo or edit it or sharing it. But that not all of my photo. As its alot more than 1000 photo. I tired everything. But not working. All of my photos that its not working were editing it in Snapseed app. So even snappseed cant revert it. As my photos lost thier quality so even i cant take it as screen shot.

Photo stream, iCloud sharing its not working too as all the photos are taking into my mobile
