If you haven't already done so look at the purchase histories of all accounts linked to the card : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support . And if you find the charge and don't recognise it change the account's password and contact iTunes Support (http://reportaproblem.apple.com ), or if you can't find it (and if it's not a temporary store holding charge) contact the card issuer.
