Apple iD Disabled and iCloud Activation Lock

I have a problem with the Apple Id! After updating my iPhone, I had iCloud Lock. I tried to enter the Apple Id, after that my Apple Id was deactivated 😢. I do not have access to this mail, I forgot my security questions, but I remember the birth date.
