Can't Full Screen YouTube in Safari After Downloading High Sierra

Downloaded High Sierra 10.13.1 yesterday. Since then, can't full screen YouTube in Safari. The YouTube screen becomes an extremely tiny screen and the rest of the computer screen becomes black. Video in Photos also freezes regularly every time I try to full screen.
