The damage from water is insidious. It gradually corrodes whatever metal it connects with and the effects can be instant or longer term. Bob is 100% correct, get it in for evaluation before the worst effects become apparent.
Depend's a lot on how long it was in the water, was it clean water and how soon you start to dry it out. The only successful case I know of directly it was clean water (pool water), it was under water for less than a minute and it was started to dry out within probably 15 min.
We buried it in rice for a week then tried to power it up. it came up and worked.
Macbook Air
Do not power up a water damaged computer. Take it to an authorized service center for evaluation.
Thanks,
Everything is works fine, only water image in my display screen ???
I stand by my advice.
Thanks for your advice!
It's working in great condition and I find it decreasing over the time.
Just going to wait for few more weeks and see how it's going.
