Sec Update 2017-001 10.12.6 and crashed external drive

After installing the recent Security Update to Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6, one of my external drives (used for Time Machine Backup and archiving; not bootable) has crashed. It will not mount, but I can see the drive in Disk Utility (ran DFA/no help) and in Terminal. I then launched Single-User mode and ran FSCK. Attached shows FSCK results. Is there anyway to repair the drive, based on the findings? I really just need the archived folder and am waiting on my DiskWarrior upgrade that will hopefully help. Hoping I can fix the invalid directory issues…
