I cannot load apps on my iphone 6, new or puchased.I

When I try to load, a gray circle goes around twice, then goes to the cloud icon. Also, several apps have dissapered off my home page...I go to reload and same thing happens. For example, I have Instagram for my business...I went to post and it was no longer on my homepage. I tried to reload and the same thing happened...gray circle twice, then back to cloud icon.



Things I iphuphave done...iPhone

Logged out of App Store and logged back in then rebooted phone

Check date/time zone

Checked my settings

My version is iOS 11.1.1
