Hard to find way to resolve monthly charge for Itune. No human on phone and no online way to ask and resolve issue. Meanwhile Itune keeps charging. No way to take charge card from account. It monopoly, pay at mercy! Why so? It is Apple!

Billing issue. No one to help resolve for Itune storage monthly charge! How to contact human being at Apple or chat on online? No luck for me.

Go to settings click on your name its your iCloud details at top left hand of settings menu next tap on the itunes and app store menu then tap your Apple ID (its the blue coloured name at the top of the screen)


You will be asked for your password enter it then choose view Apple I D


You are now in the manage account screen where you can add or delete payment methods and subscriptions.


Scroll down and tap on subscriptions and you get a list of all subscriptions you have


Tap on any you want to cancel and in the next screen tap the Red cancel subscription button and you will be asked to confirm say yes and click- Job done


Now close the settings app
