iPhone 5s and iTunes on Windows Vista 64

I am using Windows Vista 64 with iTunes latest version 12.1.3.6 and when I connect my iPhone 5S, a message appears that I do not have the latest version of iTunes. But in fact I have the latest version. How can I connect iPhone 5s with iTunes on Windows Vista 64?
