why isn't the bottom half of my phone working?

Earlier today I lost my phone on the ground and it kind of cracked open at the top but I cracked it back in place and now the bottom half of my phone doesn't work I don't know if those two things are related but thought I should mention it just in case

I have an iPhone 6s and iOS 11.0.1

I have broken my screen before but then I got a new one but the new screen I got wasn't an apple original screen so it sometimes froze or didn't respond but I've never had this particular issue before
