It's npt clear what you are talking about.

IOS11 is the operating system for iPhone /iPad etc. It's not windows software. You'd normally update it over the air without a WindowsPC or mac. However if your IOS device will not function well enough to do that then you can recover it by connecting to a PC via a cable through the iTunes software (which is the application that runs on the Windows PC or mac).

See the following instructions If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If your iTunes software itself is damaged, to may need to reinstall it or repair it. See these articles (use whatever seems appropriate for your situation - don't blindly do it all!...

No problem, I suppose that you've googled 'jailbreak' now? Without detail about why you were trying to 'flash' the device (and assuming that you didn't find the recovery steps in the first article useful for some reason), I'd assumed that the phone had firmware had become damaged in a way that should not be possible in normal usage.

If you do need further help, please do try to post information about exactly which steps you followed and what exactly you observed.

Also any information was to why you think that the phone's software is corrupted would be useful.

For example instead of reinstalling IOS, you might try resttting thr device to facory settings

The first link in my post above is the lowest level recovery available to the end user.

I'm not sure what you mean by "accidental deletion of software". If you've tried to jailbreak your device and that went wrong then you've got a very expensive paperweight as nobody will be able help you here.

I'm unable to assist on this further.
