how can I remove hogwarin from my mac?

I am having problems removing some what I understand is malware from my Mac. What I need to remove is a program (i hope that is what it is called) called "hogwarin" I am a sixty four year old analog guy living in a digital world and need to just how this can be done. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
