No one in my house can print from an IOS device since the new software releases. We have a wireless HP that always was compatible until the past few weeks or so.
The HP software is up to date and I’m connected to the same network
What model HP printer do you have? HP PHOTOSMART 755
Are you printing through the iOS "print" button found in the share icon, or are you using an HP printing app on these devices. IOS PRINT
Are you able to print to that printer from other devices, like computers in the house? YES
Have you restarted your printer since you started having trouble with it? NOT AN ORDERLY REBOOT BUT WEVE HAD A POWER OUTAGE SO EVERYTHING REBOOTED AT THE SAME TIME, EXCEPT THE MOBILE DEVICES, OF COURSE
Any suggestions on how to print to HP since Apple’s software updates?
