Redeem code - white blank or hung up

I tried to redeem code from my old Bluray disc (requires a digital copy disc) but it went white blank or hung up after I logged into. I tried different iTunes version and on both macOS and Windows but it still resulted the same.

Does anyone any solution with that problem?
