Apple Watched Paired To Another Phone

My Apple Watch Series 1 2nd Generation keeps getting notifications that my Apple Watch has been paired to my phone. Just like when you add a new device account alert. I do use Family sharing which he also have an comprised account which we got locked out of. So the odd thing happen my sister health data was added to my phone but I keep getting notification that my Apple Watch has connected when it's already connected.
