Location services

Hi! So I just switched phone services and got a new phone and transferred all of my stuff successfully to my other phone. I wiped out my old phone and reset it. Now my new phone find my friends location isn’t working properly. It just says “location not available” for all of my friends on find my friends even on WiFi. How can I fix this?
