Support does not recognize the serial number for my Mac Pro

My original problem is that when I select groups of photos from my Mac Pro Photos application for export, it says that some of them can't be found, even though they are plainly displayed.

Secondarily, I cannot reach support because when I put the serial number from "about my mac," it says that is not a serial number that goes with my product, so I can't reach support.
