Sort Order when Burning Photos to DVD

I have an album cotaining wedding 200 photos taken by several people, which I have sorted in the correct sequence by adjusting the time stamps of the different batches of photos. I now want to burn the photos to DVDs to send to various guests, but when I create a burn folder, all my careful time sorting is lost and I suspect the same will occur when I try to burn the CDs. The photos seem to be sorted by the embedded image number, which differ for every camera used, so the photo ordering is totally scrambled.

I can find no way within Finder to put my photos in the right order, so can anyone please advise me how to burn my CDs in a way that retains the order I have carefully created within Photos?

Thank you.

When burned to a data disc the photos will be listed alphanumerically by default. If you want to have the exported photos always be in the order you have them in your Photos album, rename the titles sequentially with this AppleScript: Batch Change Title to Text w/Padded Sequential No.

Then export the photos to a folder on the Desktop with the option to use the Title as the new file name. You'll get something like this:

User uploaded file

If you have over 100 photos then choose 3 digits for the sequential number:

User uploaded file

so you'll get -001, -002, .....-099, -100.
