IOS 11.1.1 iPad Pro - can't open files

I have an iPad Pro 9.7" and use Numbers frequently. After installing iOS 11.1.1 I can not open my Numbers spreadsheet files. I get the message 'the file does not exist'.

iPad Pro Wi-Fi, iOS 10.3.2, Over 200 Gb available. New iPad.

same issue here. my files were on the Ipad itself and not the cloud. Now after update, cannot access these files but they are listed in their folders. if i try to access them, it tells me that they no longer exist eventhough i can see them.
