Cannot view purchases in App Store / purchases won’t shownup

When I go to view my history of previously downloaded apps on the iOS 11 App Store, it just says “No Purchases”. I’ve tried restarting, signing out of my account then back in, but no luck so far. Anyone else have this problem?
