Display issue on wake

Every so often, when I open my macbook after it has been in sleep mode, the screen flashes with crazy colors. Anyone know any remedies? I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) running 10.13.1.

Hello tclambert,

After reviewing your post, it sounds looks like the screen displays many different colors for a moment when you are opening the MacBook Pro. There are a couple reasons this could be happening. One could be that there is something causing this that could be resolved by resetting the NVRAM. I would recommend you read this article and use it to help troubleshoot the issue.
