le getting it to install properly. Ancestry not delete from the cloud. What to do?

I recently reactived by Ancestry.com account. They (Ancestry) told me to delete my app but it will not delete from the cloud.....what to do?

If you have deleted the app, it only shows in the cloud as one that is available for you to download again because you have purchased it in the past. All of you purchased/downloaded apps are like that. It should not matter that it is in iCloud, since the data is deleted when you deleted the app. I'm guessing that is why they asked you to delete the app so you can start over again.
