Support email?

Hello, can somebody tell me where to find or what is the official apple support email? I bought a couple of products couple of days ago and have some very serious and very important questions to ask. I am currently in a foreign country so absolutely can't make any or receive any calls what so ever. Oh, don't bother talking bout' the online chat support. The times are not flexible at all for me and for some reason i got a window that said "international chat not available" for some frickin' reason. So I am asking only and only for the email that I could contact Apple for those important questions that need to be answered in a very short period of time. Like every normal website on this planet, Apple as well should have an official support email...am I right or am I right? Sorry for posting this into wrong category, but for some very weird reason a category called "direct order support" or "support email" doesn't exist here 😉
