iCloud Backup Taking Forever

Just did a Restore on my iPhone as guy in Apple store it was the best way to fix "glitches" and slowing and bugginess.

I have been backing up to iCloud-guess it is the first one since I did the restore- but it has been going for 2 hours. Is this normal??

Not normal. Restart the device, and try it again. Be sure the device is plugged in and connected to a good WiFi.

Hmmm...ok.

Is there some way to get a progress bar during the Back Up?

When backing up the iPhone, there's usually a miniature progress bar.
