Hi, I received an email confirmation #19982 Receipt subscription renewal. of $70.00 for Sound Cloud which I did not order

Too whom it may concern . I am C Janet G. .I just opened my email to discover an email from iTunes billing me for Sound Cloud 'Music and Audio. I did not order this item. It states confirmation #19**2 Receipt subscription renewal.$70.99. Invoice # 33802***17. Billing ID,:8294-1546-****. The date is 11/11/2017 @ 4.36pm and it states I have 24 hours to cancel the order and cancellation will not be accepted after the specified time limit. I need this order cancelled because I did not do this transaction.. Thank you. My email address is cynrox@***. I have not opened the attachment.
