Question: Update Info or lock Apple ID?

I received this message. Is it legit? Do I need to do anything? I was still able to use my ID and download an app, and all seems to be working well. Message is: We are contacting you today as you have not updated any of your personal details for some time as a security measure we have disabled your AppIeID.

It is not legitimate! It is just an attempt to get you to reveal your Apple ID credentials. Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support describes how you can identify and report such attempts.
