have iphone7...would like to manage my apps on iphone through pc...all sorts of info saying how easy it is using itunes...but all Isee si account info and music/movie selections...just want to easily manage my iphone app layout...!!!

That is correct. Feedback to Apple goes here, http://www.apple.com/feedback and select the appropriate subject area. Apple seems to have decided that iTunes is for managing music, and not applications.
The latest version of iTunes has removed the ability to handle apps via iTunes. Everything is done via the iPhone now. The purchase and manipulation of the apps is done on the phone itself.
