Why can't ios updates be resumed in itunes?
If the download can't be paused the button should say cancel, not pause.
Apple is supposed to be good at the user experience, that's why we pay a premium. This is anything but.
Thanks Javaliga, I did try.
Even though the problem has nothing to do with my phone I can't request support because my device isn't eligible.
So no answer, and no way to get one.
I realise that this is megaphone diplomacy to some extent, but I thought that since Apple hosts this forum they may also contribute. They do the moderation after all.
As a long suffering Apple user you think I would be used to the contempt.
