My itunes won't load on mac high sierra 10.13.1. Please can somebody help me!

I had the same problem a few months ago and was getting nowhere, then it started working again. Now it's happening again. I have no solution, as I originally deleted the app and re-downloaded and it still didn't work, so I wouldn't suggest wasting your time with that.

*Apple, can you please offer iTunes as a web application so that we may use Apple Music in a browser and not in the clunky application that no one has ever liked.
